By signing our Agreement Form they agree to partner with us for this placement and abide by the rules and regulations of the program.

Training Plan
The Training Plan is an essential element of the J1 Intern & Trainee program and is required by the Department of State. It should be completed by the school or host organization and must outline new skills and expertise that the participant will learn, relevant to their background, and showcase progressive skill acquisition throughout the duration of the program.
We have provided an example of a Training Plan for reference and are happy to assist schools creating their own version of this document.

Host Schools Orientation & Regulations Training
This orientation provides schools with a comprehensive overview of the J1 Intern and Trainee in Education program and J1 Teacher Exchange program, their role within it, and the specific Department of State regulations relating to these programs.
